Learn How Vapor Degreasing works
Inside the sealed tank, liquid solvent is heated to a vapor which envelops the soiled part suspended in the vapor zone. When the vapor is cooled, dirt and contaminants are washed from the part as the vaporized solvent condenses and is drained back into the liquid solvent solution. This cleaning process may be augmented by immersing the part in liquid, or by spraying the part with solvent. Additionally, we manufacture ultrasonic vapor degreasers, which are able to enhance the cleaning of an immersed part.

Equinox
Baron Blakeslee's Equinox degreaser is the first of its kind offered by Baron Blakeslee and was created specifically for Honeywell's Solstice® Performance Fluid (PF), the latest advancement in solvent technology developed by Honeywell. As of January 1, 2015, most uses of AK-225 (HCFC-225ca) were prohibited in the United States and Equinox provides an ideal solution for users of AK-225 who are considering Solstice PF as a replacement solvent.
Lab Kleen Series Degreaser
The Lab Kleen is a tabletop precision vapor degreaser. This complete cleaning system consists of electrical heating, refrigerated cooling and all of the necessary safety controls. M-Series Precision Equipment
We produce a vapor-only model (our MVR vapor degreasers), a liquid immersion model (our MLR vapor degreaser) and an ultrasonic vapor degreaser (our MSR model). These three different models are each available in five different sizes. Additionally, we develop and manufacture custom designs and sizes upon request.
Z-Series Industrial Degreaser
The Z-Series is available in liquid immersion, ultrasonic immersion models in any size. The Z-Series is available with optional steam heat and superheated vapor drying systems.
Inline Solvent Defluxers
This conveyorized inline cleaner uses the latest technology to remove rosin and no-clean fluxes and pastes from electronic assemblies. Unlike other inline cleaners, the Aeterna Solvent Inline Defluxer provides a very high throughput, high precision defluxing process while requiring minimal floor space. This system allows for processing of a high volume of printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies, and it can be used with a variety of halogenated hydrocarbon defluxing solvents including nPB and fluorinated chemistries. The halogenated hydrocarbon solvents used in the Aeterna provide superior conventional inline defluxing systems. The Aeterna series inline cleaning system can easily be integrated in between upstream and downstream operations on an electronic manufacturing line.

Bi-Solvent
Bi-Solvent is a versatile and powerful vapor degreasing process which can clean a variety of substrates. Bi-Solvent is an ideal chlorine free cleaning solution for a variety of applications including electronics cleaning, post processing in 3D printing / additive manufacturing, dewaxing, and cleaning of plastics.
